Successfully characterized the glutathione S-transferases present in white sturgeon and Chinook salmon hepatic cytosol. Evaluated the impacts of migrational adaptation. Work included funding obtainment, literature searches, experimental design and application, manuscript preparation, laboratory work and written and oral presentations.
