UC Policy on Pesticide Use & Experimentation/Pesticide Safety Training

Seven training sessions are being offered during the months of April-June for campus, field station, and county-based UC DANR personnel.  DANR leadership has expressed a desire for all DANR personnel handling pesticides in research and demonstration settings to attend this training.  


April 22          8 AM-11 AM            Holtville, Desert R & E Center
April 22          2-5 PM                      UC Riverside, Room 205, College Building North
May 7            12:30-3:30 PM          Agricultural Conference Room, Monterey County CE Office, Salinas (brown bag, if desired
June 2            8 AM-11 AM             Lindcove R & E Center
June 2           12:30-3:30 PM           Kearny Ag Center (brown bag, if desired)
June 16          9 AM-12 Noon          UC Davis, Putah Creek Lodge
June 18          9 AM-12 Noon          Large Conf. Room, Kern County CE Office, Bakersfield
June 30          8 AM-11 AM             Intermountain Research & Extension Center, Tulelake

Mileage will be reimbursed upon request for UC attendees. Three hours of laws and regulations CE credit will be offered for those who wish them.
