The Wendell W. Kilgore Distinguished Achievement Award is given to individuals who have distinguished themselves over the span of their career in environmental toxicology and/or a related field.

 

 

The Donald G. Crosby Alumni Award is given to a UC Davis, Department of Environmental Toxicology alumnus who has made outstanding contributions to their profession, community or the University.

George V. Alexeeff, Ph.D., D.A.B.T., Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs, Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, California, EPA, received the 2004 Donald G. Crosby Outstanding Alumni Award.

Don Mackay, Ph.D., Professor Emeriti and Director, Canadian Environmental Modeling Center, received the 2003 Wendell W. Kilgore Distinguished Achievement Award.

John P. Knezovich, Ph.D., Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, received the 2001 Donald G. Crosby Outstanding Alumni Award.

 

Samuel N. Luoma, U.S. Geological Survey, received the 2000 Wendell W. Kilgore Distinguished Achievement Award.

 

 

Charlie Soderquist, Ph.D. in Agricultural and Environmental Chemistry, received the 1999 Donald G. Crosby Outstanding Alumni Award.

 

 

 

Walter G. Jennings, Founder and Resident Consultant of J&W Scientific, received the 1998 Distinguished Achievement Award. In 1996, Dr. Jennings received the M. J. E. Golay Award at the 18th International Symposium on Capillary Chromatography. In 1997, he received the Keene P. Dimick Award managed by the Society for Analytical Chemists of Pittsburgh and the A. J. P. Martin Gold Medal from the Chromatographic Society.

 

 

 

Ronald Tjeerdema, Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology, received the 1997 Outstanding Alumni Award from Dr. Donald Crosby, Emeritus Professor of the Department of Environmental Toxicology.
